Nick Rose to retire as a non-executive director
Nick Rose, a non-executive director of the Company, will retire from the Board of BAE Systems plc with effect from 31 December 2020.
Sir Roger Carr, Chairman of BAE Systems plc, said: "Nick has been an outstanding non-executive director of the Company. Since joining in 2010, he has served as Chair of the Audit Committee and was our Senior Independent Director for much of this time. In these roles and as a member of the Board, his strategic insight and operational experience have been of immense value throughout. I would also like to thank Nick for having agreed earlier in the year to extend his term of office to the end of 2020, which has allowed us to continue to draw on his considerable experience and knowledge during these difficult times."
