ASOS Plc (the "Company")

Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report & Accounts

ASOS Plc today confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12.00 noon on Thursday 26 November 2020 at the Company's registered office at Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London, NW1 7FB.

In light of the rapidly changing developments with respect to the Covid-19 pandemic and, in particular, the UK Government's response (including the use of local lockdowns and guidance on working from home and gatherings), this year's AGM will be held as a closed meeting and will be purely functional. Shareholders will not be able to attend in person and the Company encourages shareholders not to travel to the AGM venue, as those who do will regrettably have to be turned away. Should circumstances change before the AGM such that shareholders are able to attend, the Company will update shareholders accordingly.

Shareholders are therefore encouraged to vote by appointing a proxy electronically in advance of the AGM or appointing the chair of the meeting as their proxy rather than a named person who will not be permitted to attend the meeting.

Shareholders who wish to ask questions of the Board relating to the business of the AGM can do so by sending an email to cosec@asos.com in advance of the meeting and the Company will answer these in due course. 

The Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2020 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have now been posted to shareholders.
