Aviva completes sale of entire shareholding in joint venture

in Indonesia ("PT Astra Aviva Life")

Aviva plc ("Aviva") today announces that it has completed the sale of its entire shareholding in PT Astra Aviva Life to PT Sedaya Multi Investama, a subsidiary of Aviva's joint venture partner, PT Astra International Tbk.

The sale of Aviva's shareholding in PT Astra Aviva Life was announced on 6 March 2020.
