Sage was notified that on 23 November 2020, Jonathan Howell, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Sage, purchased 17,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at a price of 583.81 pence per share. The resultant shareholding after this transaction for Jonathan Howell is 146,660 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage.
