Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Micro Focus International plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed that Sander van 't Noordende, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of AECOM (NYSE:ACM). This appointment is due to take effect at AECOM's 2021 AGM anticipated to occur on 24 February 2021.
