The board of Crystal Amber Fund Limited ("the Board") would like to clarify that it is the Company's policy to invest no more than 15 per cent. of its gross assets in listed closed-ended investment funds. Accordingly, the Board believes that the Company's shares are an eligible investment, under LR15.4.5, for listed closed-ended investment funds.
