Ms Geraldine McBride resigned from the board of National Australia Bank (NAB) at the conclusion of NAB's Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, 18 December 2020.

 

Ms McBride's intention to not seek re-election at NAB's AGM on 18 December 2020 was announced to the market on 6 October 2020.
