On 11 December 2020, the Company paid a final dividend of $1.5 cents per ordinary share to all registered shareholders as at 13 November 2020.
The Company has been notified that on 22 December 2020, the Trustees of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") purchased ordinary shares in the market to be held under the Plan as Dividend Shares.
