The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.30pm on 14th January 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing Government restrictions, shareholders will not be admitted to the meeting.
The Board is aware, however, that many shareholders look forward to hearing the views of the Investment Managers and may have questions for the Investment Managers and the Board. Accordingly, the Annual General Meeting will be accompanied by a webinar, commencing at 12.30 p.m. on 14th January 2021, to include a presentation from Nicholas Weindling, one of the Investment Managers, and followed by a live question and answer session.
