Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses, announces that Stuart Chapman, Chief Portfolio Officer, made the following notification relating to the sale of 300,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The notification set out below, which was made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of such dealing.
Mr Chapman has sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 669 pence per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Chapman retains 1,046,306 Ordinary Shares and options over 890,569 Ordinary Shares.
