Repayment of National Income Securities (ASX: NABHA)
In accordance with the exchange notice issued on 11 January 2021, National Australia Bank Limited (NAB) has today repaid the National Income Securities issued by NAB in 1999.
Holders will receive $100 cash per NIS, together with the final interest payment. The unpaid preference shares which formed part of the NIS instrument have been bought back and cancelled for no consideration as part of the repayment and in accordance with the NIS terms.
