Home Member State under the Transparency Directive

Following the exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union and the subsequent end of the Brexit transition period on 31 December 2020, the Issuer wishes to announce that the EU home Member State of the Issuer for the purposes of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 of Ireland (as amended) will be Ireland.
