In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company announces the following:
As at 26 February 2021, the Company's issued share capital consists of 677,087,135 ordinary shares of £0.01, of which none are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 677,087,135 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
