EMIS Group, the UK leader in connected healthcare software and systems, today announces the appointment of Jayaprakasa (JP) Rangaswami to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
JP Rangaswami will formally join the Board on 1 March 2021 and will be a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees.
JP's executive and non-executive experience has encompassed a range of sectors, with particular expertise in the data analytics sector in operational and strategic data-focussed and technology roles. His last executive role was as chief data officer and group head of innovation at Deutsche Bank. He also brings a strong understanding of working in a regulated environment having spent more than a decade in the financial services sector.
JP is currently a Non-Executive Director of Allfunds Bank SAU, Daily Mail and General Trust plc, Admiral Group plc and the National Bank of Greece.
