EGM - Joining Instructions

The Company announces instructions for shareholders to virtually participate in this year's EGM, to be held on Tuesday 16 March 2021, at 10:00 am UK time.

As previously advised, in light of COVID-19 restrictions and related public health guidance issued by the UK government, the EGM will be held virtually, as a closed meeting, and shareholders are therefore not able to attend in person.

Shareholders will be able to participate by accessing a conference call, through which they will be able to listen to the business of the EGM. Shareholders will be able to ask questions during the call, via an online platform or by emailing ir@plus.com.

To request details of the conference call, and to submit questions in advance of, or during, the meeting, shareholders are advised to email ir@plus500.com.
