This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of GAIL(India)Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, 15th March, 2021 to inter-alia, consider the recommendation of 2nd Interim Dividend for FY 2020-21. For the purpose of payment of 2nd Interim Dividend, if so approved by the Board, the "Record Date" will be Tuesday, 23rd March, 2021. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 Trading Window shall remain closed for the period from 11th March 2021 (Thursday) to 17th March, 2021 (Wednesday)for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives for dealing in Securities of the Company.
