Anglo American plc (the "Company") announces that the Prospectus of its subsidiary, Anglo American Capital plc, dated 17 March 2021 (the "Prospectus") relating to the US$500,000,000 2.250% Senior Notes due 2028 and the US$500,000,000 2.875% Senior Notes due 2031 guaranteed by the Company, has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and was published on the London Stock Exchange's website.
