Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), a leading technology-based provider of communications services to the business markets in the UK and Europe, announces that Andrew Stone, a founder shareholder director, has informed the Board that he will be standing down from his role as non-independent non-executive director at the next AGM (which is to be held on 20 May 2021).
Andrew has supported Gamma, its Board and executive management team from being a private company, through IPO, to the substantial company it is today and has contributed positively to the development and execution of the Group's long-term planning and growth strategy.
Richard Last, Gamma's Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Gamma Board, I would like to express our thanks to Andrew for his substantial support, particularly since the IPO almost seven years ago. We have benefitted from his business experience and entrepreneurial drive; and Andrew leaves Gamma with our very best wishes for the future.".
