Avast plc notifies the London Stock Exchange (LSE) of PDMR and PCA interests in securities of Avast plc.
Avast plc has been notified that the Company's CEO, Ondrej Vlcek has transferred, by way of a gift, 10 million ordinary shares in the Company to the Vlcek Family Foundation.
