As at 31st March 2021, JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc's capital consists of 161,248,078 Ordinary 25 pence shares each. The Company holds 1,664,094 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 31st March 2021 the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc is 159,583,984.
