Change of Investment Manager

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that with effect from 1 April 2021, following an internal re-organisation of the Dragon Capital Group, and with permission of the Board, the investment management agreement between the Company and Enterprise Investment Management Limited (the "Investment Manager") has been transferred to Dragon Capital Management (HK) Limited (the "New Investment Manager"). Both companies are part of the Dragon Capital Group, and the terms of appointment, including the fees to be charged by the New Investment Manager are the same as those that applied to the Investment Manager.

 The Dragon Capital Group has been involved in managing investment funds focused on Vietnam and the Indochina region since 1994.  The New Investment Manager was incorporated in Hong Kong on 21 March 2007.  It is regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong.

As of 26 February 2021, Dragon Capital Group Limited and its affiliates including the Investment Manager had approximately US$4.5billion of assets (unaudited) under management.

The New Investment Manager's address is Unit 2406, 24F., 9 Queen's Road, Central Hong Kong.
