Notice of cancellation of ATT Only trading
Far Eastern New Century Corporation ("FENC" or the "Company"), a global leading integrated polyester producer, submitted below announcement to the Taiwan Stock Exchange ("TWSE") through Market Observation Post System ("MOPS") on March 24, 2021.
As of February 28, 2021, the outstanding GDRs issued by the Company, listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and trading on the London Stock Exchange, were 5,856 units (representing 58,559 common shares). In order to reduce the related management costs, the Board of Directors resolved to terminate the GDR program and to delist from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The securities to which the cancellation of trading will relate are the Regulation S and Rule 144A GDRs (ISIN code: US3073313062 for REG S, and ISIN code: US3073312072 for 144A).
