Tremor International Ltd (AIM: TRMR), a global leader in advertising technologies, announces that, on 9 April 2021, Ofer Druker, Chief Executive Officer, and Yaniv Carmi, Chief Operating Officer, sold 21,310 and 7,997 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively.
The Ordinary Shares referred to above were sold at an average price of 720.5 pence per Ordinary Share and were sold in order to cover part of the tax obligations triggered by the vesting of the shares as announced on 8 April 2021.
As a result, Ofer Druker holds a total of 3,307,876 vested RSUs or Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 2.5 per cent. of the total voting rights. Yaniv Carmi holds a total of 1,419,335 vested RSUs or Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 1.1 per cent. of the total voting rights.
