Investor Meet Company presentation regarding Proposed Acquisition
Catena Group plc ("Catena" or the "Company"), the AIM listed holding company, will provide a live investor presentation, via Investor Meet Company ("IMC"), about the proposed acquisition of Insight Capital Partners Limited ("the Acquisition") on 29 April 2021 at 2pm BST.
As mentioned via RNS on 22 March 2021, the Company intends, upon completion of the Acquisition, to change its name to Insig AI Plc to better represent the new operational focus of the enlarged group.
The online presentation will be provided by Matthew Farnum-Schneider, Catena Group CEO, and Steven Cracknell, Insight Capital CEO. Interested parties who have already registered and added to meet the Company, will be invited automatically.
