Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Oriole Resources, the AIM-quoted exploration company focused on West Africa, announces that copies of its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020, together with a Form of Proxy, will be posted to its shareholders today. The Annual Report is available on the Company's website www.orioleresources.com.

As previously announced, the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 11.00 am on 23 June 2021 at its offices located at Wessex House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9FD. Whilst this is currently planned to be an open meeting, in light of the uncertainty around the date on which COVID-19 restrictions will be fully lifted, the Company encourages all shareholders to vote using the Form of Proxy in advance of the meeting date. Should the meeting need to revert to being a closed meeting, shareholders will be informed by the Regulatory News Service. In any event, the AGM will observe the legal requirements and the Company will ensure that the meeting is quorate.

The Directors believe that the passing of the Resolutions are in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders and therefore, the Directors unanimously recommend that the shareholders vote in favour of the Resolutions, as they intend to do in respect of their own shareholdings.

In order to assist with voting, the Directors will provide a pre-recorded online presentation on or around 16 June 2021, which will include a Q&A session. Please submit any questions you have to info@orioleresources.co.uk, by 9 June 2021 so they can be incorporated into the Q&A session.
