Result of General Meeting


Elixirr International plc (AIM: ELIX) ("Elixirr" or the "Company"), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, is pleased to announce that, following the General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution required to implement the amendments to the EMI Option Plan, was duly passed by Shareholders on a poll. 

The number of proxies received in respect of the Resolution were as follows:

Authority to amend the EMI Option Plan









1.             Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the Chairman have been included in the "Total votes for" total.

2.             A "Vote Withheld" is not a valid vote in English law and was not counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes "For" or "Against" a resolution.

3.             As at the date of the General Meeting the issued share capital of the Company was 46,186,481 Ordinary Shares.



Capitalised terms used in the Company's circular to Shareholders published on 14 April 2021 shall, unless the context provides otherwise, have the same meanings in this announcement.
