NAB releases Luxembourg Transparency Law disclosures
NAB will today lodge its "Luxembourg Transparency Law - 2021 Half Year Financial Report" (attached) with the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), which is required as part of NAB's obligation to comply with Article 4 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 relating to European Union reporting requirements. These reporting requirements apply to NAB as it has debt securities admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and is subject to the supervision of the CSSF.
