LONDON - 18 May 2021 - HomeServe plc ("HomeServe"), the international home repairs and improvements business, announces that further to the announcement made on 27 January 2021, JM Barry Gibson will step down from the Board today. As previously announced, Tommy Breen will take over as Chairman with effect from 19 May 2021.
