Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting and FY 2021 Annual Report and Financial Statements

Trainline plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published its FY 2021 Annual Report and Financial Statements and the Notice of its 2021 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") to be held on 1 July 2021 electronically via https://web.lumiagm.com and at etc.venues, 50-52 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1HL at 10:00am BST (the "2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting").

The AGM has been prepared based on the anticipated status of the UK Government's Roadmap out of Lockdown at the date of the meeting not withstanding that, as of the time of this announcement, the UK Government has not yet lifted restrictions on public gatherings. Though attendance in person at the AGM may be possible, shareholders are strongly encouraged to participate in the safest manner possible by using the live virtual webcast facility, details of which are set out in the 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

We will continue to monitor public health guidance and legislation issued by the UK Government in relation to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Any changes to restrictions on attendance will be reflected on the Company's AGM website page: https://investors.thetrainline.com/AGM

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
