Notice of Annual General Meeting

SmartSpace Software Plc, (AIM:SMRT) the leading provider of 'Integrated Space Management Software' for smart buildings and commercial spaces - 'visitor reception, desks and meeting rooms', is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 7 July 2021 at 10.30 a.m. at the offices of the SmartSpace, Norderstedt House, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7RQ.
The Board recognises that the AGM provides an important opportunity to engage with shareholders. We expect this year's AGM to be held in person, as normal, as it is due to be held after the restrictions relating to COVID-19 are anticipated to be lifted by the Government in June.
The Board continues to closely monitor developments and will notify shareholders promptly by RNS and via the Company's website should there be any updates to these arrangements.
