FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, has been notified that on 28 June 2021, Zoe Fox, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 21,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 18.5 pence per share.
As a result of the above purchase, Mrs Fox has a total beneficial interest of 52,417 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
