Director/PDMR ShAREHOLDING
In accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation (Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European (Withdrawal) Act 2028), the Company makes the below notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.
Further to the announcement on 24 May 2021, as part of the Company's long term incentive plan, 20% of the 2018 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") have vested following the three-year performance period. There is a further mandatory two-year holding period for 50% of the vested share awards, after-tax (net). For more details on the PSP, please refer to the Remuneration Report within the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts, available on the Company's website at www.centamin.com.
