Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc

Result of General Meeting

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc is pleased to announce that, at the general meeting of the Company's shareholders held at 3.30 p.m. this afternoon, both resolutions (the "Resolutions"), as set out in the circular dated 10 June 2021 (the "Circular"), were passed. The Resolutions were put to the meeting and duly passed on a poll. The results are detailed as follows:

*A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is therefore not counted towards the proportion of votes "For" or "Against" the Resolutions.

The text of the Resolutions is contained in the notice of general meeting set out in the Circular, a copy of which is available on the Company's website at www.octopusrenewablesinfrastructure.com/investors/.

In accordance with LR9.6.2R and LR9.6.3R, copies of the resolutions will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism website and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
