In addition, in line with the incentivisation strategy set out in the annual report and accounts for the year ending 31 December 2020, the Company has granted options (the "Options") over 176,100 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the rules of its Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to executive directors as follows:

The Options are granted over Ordinary Shares with no exercise price. The Options are granted subject to the rules of the Plan and based on a stretching range of EPS performance measured over the three years to 31 December 2023. 25% of the award is payable for threshold performance at a CAGR of 10%, with full vesting at a CAGR of 30%.
