New Business Win

 

First major new business win from direct sales function

 

Actual Experience (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, is pleased to announce that it has received a new Business Impact Assessment (BIA) order from a global FMCG organisation. This success has been achieved by Actual Experience's new direct sales function.

 

Highlights:

 

·      This new BIA order has been placed by a global FMCG organisation

·      The value of this initial order is £30,000 for a one month period

·      This is the first large, global enterprise win achieved by our new direct sales function

·      The contract seeks to establish the business and economic rationale to convert the BIA into an ongoing Continuous Improvement (CI) contract, a key component of our 'land and expand' strategy

 

Under the terms of this BIA order, Actual Experience will provide a review of the customer's digital workplace and the impact it has both on its employees and its overall business in terms of employee wellbeing, inequality, carbon footprint and operational efficiency, amongst other things, especially as the organisation moves to hybrid working post pandemic. The contract  lasts for one month and seeks to establish the business and economic rationale to convert the BIA into an ongoing CI contract, a key component of our 'land and expand' strategy. The total addressable number of employees for this customer is up to ten times greater than the number of employees covered by this initial order.

 

The value of this order is £30,000. This new BIA win is the first delivered by the Company's new direct sales and marketing function and demonstrates the viability of this new sales channel.

 

This order represents one of a number of direct sales and channel partner sales opportunities that the Company is currently targeting. The total addressable market of employees in the sales pipeline has grown from four million to more than ten million since January 2021.

Glossary

 

Business Impact Assessment (BIA) - will analyse the human experience of a digital workplace in order to understand the impact the digital workplace is having on inequality, carbon footprint, wellbeing, employee experience, operational efficiency and revenue.

Continuous Improvement (CI) - the ongoing use of Actual Experience analytics to do a Business Impact Assessment on a periodic basis, prioritise actions and act to improve the digital workplace.

FMCG - Fast moving consumer goods

 

Pipeline - Actual Experience's pipeline of new business consists of a set of customers at various stages of the sales process starting with customers that have been identified by Actual Experience and/or its Channel Partners for a targeted sales campaign.
