Result of Annual General Meeting 2021
Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') announces that at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held earlier today, all resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021 were duly passed.
For those shareholders who were unable to attend the AGM, an audiocast is available giving shareholders an opportunity to hear a presentation from our Chair, Gerry Murphy and our Chief Executive, Nick Hampton.
