ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

Moonpig Group plc (the "Company") has today made available to shareholders:

·     Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 30 April 2021;

·     2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

·     Form of Proxy.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 30 April 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website at https://www.moonpig.group/investors. The Company published its annual results announcement for the period ended 30 April 2021 on 27 July 2021.

A copy of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 am (BST) on Tuesday, 28 September 2021 at The Goldsmiths' Centre, 42 Britton Street, London, EC1M 5AD.
