Update regarding Listing of Ordinary Shares pursuant to scrip dividend offer
Trading in 51,622 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each pursuant to the scrip dividend offer will become effective on 8 September 2021.
The Scrip Dividend Scheme timetable was announced on 29 July 2021 and a copy of the Rules of the Scheme are available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
