Share Plan Award
In accordance with the terms of her appointment, Paola Pocci, President, Africa, Asia and Australasia Region, was granted, on 1 September 2021, an award (Award) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). The Award has been granted over 24,935 shares.
The Award was made as a Recruitment Award and granted in order to facilitate Paola's recruitment, and to replace certain awards granted by her former employer which she forfeited on joining the Company. The award will vest in three tranches to mirror her forfeited awards. 14,555 shares will vest on 28 February 2022, 9,609 shares on 28 February 2023 and the remaining 771 shares on 29 September 2023.
The award was made by reference to the average mid-market closing price of the Company's shares for the three trading days up to and including 31 August 2021.
