ASX Announcement
NAB'S 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
National Australia Bank Limited (NAB) today confirmed that its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as a virtual meeting on Friday, 17 December 2021.
Given ongoing physical restrictions and uncertainty in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic and the importance of confirming the details of the AGM, NAB has decided to hold its AGM online as a virtual meeting in the interests of health and safety.
This decision is consistent with the Federal Government announcement on 10 August 2021 confirming the renewal of temporary modifications to the Corporations Act to allow companies to hold virtual meetings until 31 March 2022.
As with its 2020 AGM, NAB will work to make it as easy as possible for shareholders to participate. Details on how to participate will be in NAB's AGM Notice of Meeting, which will be released in mid-November 2021.
