Directorate Change

Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") announces Suzi Williams has notified the Board of her wish to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect, to pursue other opportunities.

The Board thanks Suzi for her valuable contribution during a busy period for the Company. Lesley-Ann Nash will assume the role of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
