Catherine Woods, a PDMR, and her husband, James Woods, acquired in a joint account 1,530 Shares on 17 September 2021 at a price of 44.2890 pence per Share through the reinvestment of the interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2021 paid by the Group on 13 September 2021.
