Director/PDMR Dealings & Exercise of Options
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the digital security and privacy software business, announces that pursuant to the completion of the recent placing, approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 1 October 2021, 2,784,373 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") have today been issued to Directors, PDMRs and certain senior members of staff of Kape.
In addition, Ido Erlichman, Chief Executive Officer, and Moran Laufer, Chief Financial Officer, have each exercised certain options in the Company held by them. Mr Erlichman has exercised a total of 400,000 options utilising the net cashless exercise feature, surrendering 64,773 ordinary shares to the Company in respect of this exercise, with 335,227 ordinary shares to be issued to him. Mr Laufer exercised a total of 200,000 options utilising the net cashless exercise feature, surrendering 32,387 ordinary shares to the Company in respect of this exercise, with 167,613 ordinary shares to be issued to him.
Total Voting Rights
The Company's issued share capital will consist of 310,964,694 Ordinary Shares of which the Company holds 9,835,602 Ordinary Shares in treasury, the voting rights to which have been waived. Following the admission of shares the total number of voting rights in Kape will be 301,129,092 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ordinary Shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
