The Company announces that it purchased 29,495 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 691.686218 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 87,698,556 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 193,935,354. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
