The Final Terms dated October 29, 2021 in respect of the issue by The Bank of Nova Scotia (the "Issuer") of £400,000,000 1.25 per cent. Senior Notes due 17 December 2025 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") are available for viewing.
The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 30 June 2021 and the supplemental prospectus dated 24 August 2021 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended), as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, in order to obtain all the relevant information. Full information on the Issuer and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
