Completion of Registration of Change of Registered Capital
The 2020 annual general meeting of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company") was held on Friday, 28 May 2021, during which the special resolution to change the registered capital of the Company from RMB 9,062,000,000 to RMB 9,620,341,455 was duly considered and passed. The Company has subsequently submitted an application to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (the "CBIRC") for the change of registered capital.
The Company has recently received the approval by the CBIRC on the change of registered capital of the Company, completed the requisite registration procedures for the change of registered capital and obtained the renewed Business License, according to which the registered capital of the Company has been changed from RMB 9,062,000,000 to RMB 9,620,341,455.
