Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG) has been notified that, Warren Pearson, Chief Technical Officer of the Company, has purchased 19,951 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 49.87 pence per Ordinary Share, (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr Pearson's shareholding stands at 4,828,082 Ordinary Shares in Insig AI, which represents 4.9% of Insig AI's current issued share capital.
