Sub: Last and Final Reminder-Cum-Forfeiture Notice (ISIN: IN9081A01010)

This has reference to our letters dated February 9, 2021, February 23, 2021, March 24, 2021, April 14, 2021, May 15, 2021, June 21, 2021 and September 13, 2021 in relation to the first and final call in respect of the partly paid-up equity shares of the Company.

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee ("Committee"), duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company, has on November 23, 2021, approved sending of a Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice for payment of first and final call amount of ₹461/- per partly-up equity share as First and Final Call money ("Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice"), to the holders of such partly paid-up equity shares on which the first and final call money remains unpaid.

In this connection, we wish to inform that the Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice is being issued to the holders of such partly paid-up equity shares on which the first and final call money remains unpaid. The period for payment of the first and final call money pursuant to the Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice is between November 29, 2021 and December 15, 2021.

A specimen copy of the Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice is enclosed herewith for your reference. The same is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.tatasteel.com
