2021 Annual Report and Accounts & Pillar 3 Disclosures
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021 (2021 ARA) to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(3), the 2021 ARA will shortly be available to view on the Company's website at https://www.virginmoneyukplc.com/investor-relations/results-and-reporting/annual-reports/.
The Company also announces that a copy of the Pillar 3 Disclosures will shortly be available to view on the Company's website at https://www.virginmoneyukplc.com/investor-relations/results-and-reporting/annual-reports/.
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 1.15.3, the Company confirms that it continues to comply with the listing rules of its home exchange being the London Stock Exchange.
The financial information relating to the year ended 30 September 2021 set out in these announcements and the 2021 ARA is entirely consistent with the equivalent unaudited financial information contained in the trading update released on 4 November 2021 (the "Trading Update"), including the expected statutory profit before tax figure of £417m and the expected underlying profit before tax figure of £801m which were set out in the Trading Update.
