Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), a leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, today provides an update that it will issue its financial results for the six month period to 30 September 2021 ('HYR') on Monday 29 November 2021 and not on 30 November 2021 as was previously anticipated. The date of release of the HYR has been brought forward in order to comply with reporting requirements for the Senior Secured Notes. The results will be published at 07:00 am through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the company's website (https://www.amigoplc.com/). Amigo will be hosting a presentation for investors and bondholders at 09:30 am on 29 November 2021, details for which will be included in the HYR results announcement.

Amigo Holdings PLC is the indirect parent company of the Issuer. This announcement shall constitute a "Report" to holders of the Notes.
